Web2AI is a SPARQIO product. SPARQIO keeps one central legal notice for all of its products and that document is the master. This page says how it applies to Web2AI.

Web2AI is run by SPARQIO, a company based in Singapore. Personal data is handled under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
Two things: the website address you enter and the email address you give us. Both are used to run the scan, generate your report and deliver it. Your IP address is stored only as a salted hash, so scan limits can be counted without keeping the address itself.
Payments run through Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see them and we never store them.
We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing without your explicit opt-in, and every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. We do not train AI models on customer data.
Analytics are aggregate only and run only when analytics is switched on. There is no per-visitor profiling.
We keep your scans and reports so you can open them again. Under the Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Send a deletion request through the contact form. Deleting a contact erases that contact, the scans that belong to it and its hashed IP. Other people's scans of the same domain are left alone.
Two services see your data because they have to: Stripe, which processes payments, and our email provider, which delivers your report and any transactional mail.
The free scan and the paid reports assess publicly accessible pages. Nothing behind a login is read unless you supply access yourself.
By starting a scan you confirm you are authorised to have that site scanned, either because you own it or because the owner asked you to.
Scores reflect automated checks made at the time of the scan. They are a measurement, not a promise. We do not guarantee any visibility outcome in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini or any other system.
Paid deliverables are self-service digital products, delivered as soon as the run finishes. All sales are final and no refunds are provided. If a purchase does not deliver what the pricing page describes, contact us and we will put it right.
Monitor is a monthly subscription. Cancel it at any time through the Stripe customer portal, linked from your report portal and from every Monitor email. Cancelling stops the next re-scan and leaves your existing reports readable. There are no partial-month refunds.
The public site sets no advertising trackers. The only cookie we set is a session cookie for operators signing in to the console, and it exists to keep that session alive. Analytics, when switched on, report aggregate traffic only.
